ABM Marketing Manager

What We’re Looking For:

Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, this role is critical to support the execution of the company’s enterprise demand generation strategy. The Account Based Marketing (ABM) Manager will work closely with sales, account management, and product management to execute highly personalized campaigns that generate pipeline, increase deal size, accelerate deal velocity, and ultimately grow revenue through highly personalized campaigns.  

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:

  • Collaborate with sales and account management to develop strategies that increase demand, pipeline, and revenue for our most strategic accounts at the 1:1 and 1:few level
  • Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive strategic goals through a combination of hands-on work with CRM, Website, Marketing Automation, and ABM systems and matrixed management of other marketing teams
  • Research ABM sales targets to identify leverage points based on industry, persona, technical infrastructure, and corporate priorities
  • Develop personalized strategies for messaging, content, and experiences based on those leverage points
  • Work with product marketing, content, design, and other teams to create customized collateral to support the entire sales cycle
  • Measure and report on the impact of account based marketing campaigns on early success indicators and overall business goals

Things That Should Be In Your Background:

  • 3-5 years enterprise technology marketing experience with preference given to candidates with proven success in a similar role
  • Experience in developing account-based strategy and hands-on execution of integrated marketing campaigns
  • Experience with ABM technology platforms, especially 6sense, strongly preferred

Other Attributes That Will Help You In This Role:

  • Data-driven KPI-based mindset
  • Strong writing skills (samples will be requested)
  • Experience working cross functionally to accomplish goals
