Adam Drudge is 2U, Inc.’s Chief People Officer, leading global human resources, talent management, recruitment, and optimization of the growth and sustainability of 2U’s resilient culture. He’s responsible for championing the organization’s dedication to diversity, equity, and inclusion and driving employee engagement worldwide. As CPO, Adam is a member of 2U’s global executive team.
Joining 2U as SVP of People in 2021, Drudge has played a critical role in guiding the Human Resource Business Partners (HRBP) and Organizational Development (OD) functions, as well as integrating the edX team into 2U. He brings more than 20 years of experience in human resources at Capital One, Carrier, Ingersoll Rand, and Milliken & Company. At Capital One, he spent more than a decade driving strategic talent initiatives and designing innovative ways to engage employees and cultivate an inclusive and lasting culture.
Drudge holds BAs in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and German from Davidson College and a MA in Global Human Resource Development from University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
