
Meghan Rodgers is the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) of 2U, where she leads global marketing and enrollment support teams to drive learner outreach and engagement, strengthen brand equity, and support 2U’s mission of expanding access to high-quality education. She helps partners cut through marketing complexity and competition to connect the right learners with the right programs at the right time. Rodgers brings over two decades of experience scaling marketing and operations across the education and media sectors. She specializes in building brands, driving digital transformation, and delivering marketing strategies that accelerate innovation, growth, and improve learner outcomes.
Previously, Rodgers was Chief Growth Officer at Nexford University, responsible for global market expansion, strategic partnerships, and enrollment services. Prior to that, she held multiple senior leadership roles at Strategic Education, Inc. (SEI) including CMO and SVP of Strategic Operations for Strayer University and CMO of the Jack Welch Management Institute (JWMI), an online MBA program. During her tenure at SEI, she led a post-pandemic brand revitalization of Strayer University that generated eight consecutive quarters of enrollment increases and operational improvements, while also driving significant expansion of JWMI's reach and reputation in the online MBA market.
Earlier in her career, Rodgers held roles at the Travel Channel and Discovery Communications (now Warner Bros. Discovery), where she worked in international strategy, finance, and business development. Her contributions to the industry were recognized with the Women in Cable Telecommunications Emerging Leader award.
Rodgers earned her MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Accounting from Miami University (OH). She currently serves as President of the National Collegiate Cancer Foundation, which has provided educational assistance to more than 800 young adults impacted by cancer.
