For 10 years, Stacy has taught adult international students and also trained teachers in a variety of contexts. With keen insight on the challenges that international students face in academic, professional, and social contexts, Stacy draws from her M.A. in Applied Linguistics from Teachers College, Columbia University to apply critical discourse analysis and fair assessment practices that all point to empowering marginalized voices.
