What We’re Looking For:

The Operations System Coordinator works to enable Partners & Partner Managers (GM, PD’s, POM’s) to achieve and drive opportunities for process, project and resource efficiencies across the functional team(s) they support.  Their focus is on ensuring smooth, efficient business processes and adherence through the set up of effective resource & planning systems and tools, OKR Management, ongoing process and workflow improvements and systems management.  This role supports the improvement of productivity and efficiency over time through regular monitoring of key cross-functional metrics that support root cause analysis and present opportunities for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:

  • Revenue management (CoS/revenue payments, Geo-pricing, price increase/decrease)
  • Complimentaries/Partner B2B referrals/Scholarships
  • Tableau reporting & support (partner facing tableau instance)
  • Salesforce updates
  • Availability (OC) / Presentation schedule management (EE)
  • System access/support (e.g. OLC, content)
  • Run (60%)
    • Key Drivers: Alt Cred partnership and partner administration and system support
    • Manage all Alt Cred partner requests in relation to internal system access, revenue management (CoS/revenue payments, Geo-pricing, price increase/decrease), Complimentaries/Partner B2B referrals/Scholarships, Tableau reporting & support (partner facing tableau instance), Salesforce updates, Availability (OC) / Presentation schedule management (EE), System access/support (e.g. OLC, content), and other ad hoc requests.
    • Assist with the development of frameworks and tools that support effective process creation, management and adherence in accordance with operational best practices.
    • Work with Operations Manager to set up and then manage a system for process and operational tool management and documentation, as well as established review periods to ensure that they remain relevant and up to date.
    • Monitor key business unit OKRs and the associated management mechanisms to inform continuous improvement initiatives, drive process changes and to ensure key variances are accounted for.
  • Grow (30%)
    • Execute and implement effective revenue reporting & cost of sales work flows over time to iterate and refine processes, across Exec Ed & OC product lines. 
    • Investigate and identify opportunities for improvements or process redesigns arising out of key cross-functional OKRs across functional Teams. 
    • Support with the roll-out of tech, process or structure solutions that have been identified by Partner Managers (GM’s, PD’s & POM’s) or Operations Managers to support long-term scaling and productivity.
  • Transform (10%)
    • Work with Partner Managers (GM’s, PD’s & POM’s) and the (Senior) Operations Managers to analyze and operationalise new strategic business opportunities that impact existing business processes and capacity.

Things That Should Be In Your Background:

  • 2+ years of experience in an operations management and process improvement environment
  • University Degree
  • Demonstrable knowledge and understanding of the following skill sets: time, operations and project management (within a creative environment is a plus)
  • Proficient computer data analysis skills and mastery of Google sheets
  • Ability to negotiate and influence others to drive projects to successful outcomes
  • Solid presentation, oral, and written interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work both independently with little direction and as an integral part of a team
  • Quick learner with strong analytical and problem solving skills
