Tania Morales

Tania Morales (she/her) has a master’s degree in higher education specializing in adult education and training. For over 17 years, she has made a career of helping people reach their higher educational goals through consulting and, more recently, providing access to field education opportunities. In recent years, Tania has been a large contributor to the diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) movement by participating in allyship training and volunteering her time as global chair of TuGente, 2U's Latinx Business Resource Network. Outside of her 9 to 5 schedule, she carves out time to read a few books a month and loves exploring national parks with her two sons, husband, and three dogs.
