At 2U, Karlo Young is a senior vice president, university partnerships & portfolio general manager, where he provides leadership and strategic direction to a portfolio of VP/GMs who lead our partnerships with several university partners as we work together to build high-quality online education, while driving positive outcomes and scale. He is passionate about unlocking human potential through education and access, as well as championing diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies to help organizations obtain a competitive edge, drive increased profitability, and enhance long-term value creation. In addition to the partner portfolio he manages, Karlo also serves as the executive sponsor for 2U’s Black Engagement Network (BNet).
